Diabetic Foot Salvage Professional Diploma
Organized by the Diabetic Foot Salvage Egyptian Foundation & Egyptian Medical Syndicate, this program provides a structured pathway in diabetic foot care.
Part A – Foundations (52 weeks)
• Open to medical graduates (≥3 years post-graduation)
• 60 hours: 30 theoretical + 30 clinical
• Includes lectures, journal clubs, M&M meetings, workshops
Part B – Advanced Limb Salvage (65 weeks)
• Open only to postgraduates (MRCS, MRCP, Master’s, Diploma)
• 135 hours: 65 theoretical + 70 clinical
• Surgical & non-surgical tracks with hands-on exposure
Graduates will gain internationally recognized certification in advanced diabetic limb salvage.6
